Every day at 9:00 a.m., the Department observes a nationwide Minute of Silence to honor the memory of those who have lost their lives as a result of the armed aggression against Ukraine.
This observance is conducted in accordance with Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 143/2022, dated March 16, 2022,
“On the Nationwide Minute of Silence in Memory of Victims of the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine”.
